HOVIMA CLUB
These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter, “GTC” ) contain the terms and conditions for accessing the HOVIMA Club . These GTC apply to all companies that make up the commercial name HOVIMA Hotels: Turística Konrad, SL and Santa María del Sur, SA (hereinafter, “HOVIMA Hotels”).
I.) CONDITIONS
Anyone over 18 years of age who makes reservations for stays through the websites of HOVIMA Hotels (hovima.com) and its hotels (hovimalapinta.com, hovimacostaadeje.com, hovimasuitescostaadeje.com, hovimapanorama.com, hovimajardincaleta.com, hovimasantamaria.com, hovimaatlantis.com) and through the official HOVIMA Hotels Call Center (+34 922 79 76 61) can belong to the HOVIMA Club and access its benefits.
When making the reservation, you must activate the member discount, as well as accept these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and Legal Notice (web).
The discounts and benefits included for belonging to the HOVIMA Club may be modified at any time and without prior notice.
Any booking made through third parties and through another distribution channel will not qualify for benefits before, during and after the stay.
II) BENEFITS
Registration with the HOVIMA Club is automatic, free, and does not imply a commitment period.
This is done by activating the discount during the booking phase of the stay only through the websites of HOVIMA Hotels, its hotels and the Call Center (see above).
IV.) Discharge procedure.
I was able to request to be removed from the HOVIMA Club membership by contacting them via email: info@hovima.com .
V.) Confidentiality:
HOVIMA Hotels is committed to ensuring the confidentiality of the data provided by implementing the necessary technical and organizational measures to minimize the risks of loss of personal data and/or confidential information as indicated in the Privacy Policy.
Access to the data of the Registered Person is restricted to those persons authorized to use it, applying due diligence to avoid any loss, alteration or misuse thereof.
VI.) Responsibility:
In case of questions, complaints, errors or technical problems in the online registration process, disputes or legal actions related to the legal relationship between the registered person and HOVIMA HOTELS, you can submit a request exclusively to HOVIMA Hotels at the email address: info@hovima.com .
The registered person considers the content of these Terms and Conditions to be binding. Furthermore, they acknowledge that in the event of a breach of any clause of these Terms and Conditions, they may be liable for damages.
VII.) Alternative dispute resolution in consumer matters:
The consumer (registered person) may contact HOVIMA Hotels to resolve any conflict via email: info@hovima.com .
Pursuant to Article 14.1 of Regulation (EU) 524/2013 and Article 13 of Directive 2013/11/EU, we inform you that those traders in the European Union who conclude online sales or service contracts, carried out by means of electronic commerce, must provide information on the existence of the Online Dispute Resolution Platform: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/ .
VIII.) Applicable legislation and competent jurisdiction:
The applicable legislation will be Spanish and the jurisdiction will be that of the Courts and Tribunals of Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
IX.) Modification of the TCGs and duration:
HOVIMA Hotels may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, and such modifications will be duly published on the website. These terms and conditions will remain in effect until they are modified by other duly published terms and conditions.

- 5% discount on the total booking made only through the HOVIMA Hotels website and its hotels (see above).
- 10% discount on food and beverages consumed during your stay, charged to your room and payable at check-out. Guests of HOVIMA Atlantis on Half Board receive a 10% discount on additional drinks during dinner at HOVIMA Panorama.
- Preferential access to book unique rooms in our hotels with the "Web Exclusive" badge.
- Welcome gift for stays of 3 nights or more.
- One drink per person of water, soft drink, beer, or house white, red, or rosé wine is included with meals on a half-board or full-board basis at HOVIMA Jardin Caleta, HOVIMA Panorama, and HOVIMA Atlantis. (HOVIMA Atlantis guests on a half-board or full-board basis will enjoy this benefit at the HOVIMA Panorama restaurant.) HOVIMA Jardín Caleta offers unlimited self-service water. Unlimited self-service drinks (water, soft drinks, beer, and house white, red, or rosé wine) are included with meals on a half-board or full-board basis at HOVIMA Suites Costa Adeje, HOVIMA La Pinta Beachfront Family Hotel, HOVIMA Santa María, and HOVIMA Cool Costa Adeje.
